QP Theory

For years, Lugeon calculations have been made to asses strata permeability in geotechnical engineering.  QP Factor builds on Lugeon principles, and adds the patent-pending procedure of QP Factor to provide the concrete repair industry definitive flow (Q), pressure (P), and flow/pressure (Q/P) metrics.  For more details on the patented procedure, or to request a technical presentation, please complete the Contact Form on our site.

History

Success indicators in the chemical grouting leak-seal industry are vague.  To date, the most relevant quality assurance metric is stopping a leak, observing grout travel in the substrate, or pumping until refusal.  Due to the lack of quantifiable results, near-expert applicators are required on-site to ensure successful results.  This is all changes with the implementation of QP Factor.  With QP Factor, chemical grout leak-seal results are quantifiable, graphical, and easily reviewed by manufacturers, contractors, clients, and engineers.
